These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of vevibe, operated by Rock Nest LLC ("vevibe," "we," or "us"), a New Jersey limited liability company. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. eligibility & account responsibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country) to use vevibe. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. mutual friendship model

vevibe is built on accepted, mutual connections. There are no public follower mechanisms. Content you publish is shared only with users you have explicitly accepted as friends. You may remove friends or block accounts at any time.

3. content ownership & licenses

You own your content. You retain all ownership rights to the photos, videos, text, and moments you post on vevibe.

You grant Rock Nest LLC a limited, non-exclusive license solely to host, store, process, and display your content to your accepted friends as directed by your use of the application. Your content is not used for advertising, marketing campaigns, or artificial intelligence model training.

4. ephemeral stories & shared memories

Status stories expire and become inaccessible 24 hours after publication. Shared memory albums allow invited friends to contribute photos to a communal album; each contributor retains ownership of their submitted media while granting fellow album members access to view it.

5. acceptable use

You agree not to use vevibe to harass others, distribute unlawful material, transmit malware, or attempt to bypass database security policies and authorization checks.

6. termination

You may delete your account at any time through the in-app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rock Nest LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, disputes, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service or your violation of these terms.

8. disclaimer of warranties & liability

vevibe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rock Nest LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

9. changes to terms

If these terms change materially, you will receive notice through the application or registered email before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. governing law & jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of vevibe shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
